“Sleep well, my queen,” he whispers in her ear.
“I hope that someday, you come to understand that you are mine. I will be waiting patiently for you, I swear,” he whispers again.
James wakes up early the next morning, and he is surprised by the sight of Alena sleeping on his bed.
He smiles and kisses her.
As a man, he was always attracted to beautiful women and yearned for the girl that will be Luna, but he didn't have the chance to enjoy it with any other woman because he gets cursed.
Until he saw Alena.
He gets intensely attracted to her, since the first time they meet.
She is everything he has ever dreamed of, and all at once he felt happy to know that he could share with her everything that he has never been able to tell anyone else.
Even though Alena doesn't seem to love him back at least, she deserves some happiness too.
He decides not to wake her up, he doesn't want her to think that he wants to punish her.
He slowly gets up and leaves the room. He is ready to train with all of his guards to prepare for their battle today.
Then Alena woke up and feels sore on her body.
“What happened to me?” she feels so bad and confused.
Suddenly, she was screaming and made everyone in the mansion shocked.
James stopped his sword practice and ran to Alena.
“Alena, are you okay? What happened to you and where is the enemy?”
“No, don't have an enemy here, please help me, I'm barely walking and can't move my hand.” she sobbed uncontrollably.
James was smirk and laughs when he remembers anything that happened before, he has the intimacy with her hard. He is addicted to her.
But Alena didn't remember anything that happened because she just falls asleep under his hypnotized spells.
“Come and eat together with me?” He kept smiling at her.
“No, please let me go, I need to go home, I don't want to live with you here,” she says.
“Alena, I will take care of you.” he smiles at her, trying to convince her.
“No, no, I don't want to live here! Please, I don't want to stay here anymore!” she yelled in pain and tears fall from her eyes.
“Alena calm down and let me explain everything,” he said, and then he sits in front of her.
“I don't need any explanation, it's just you the lunatic vampire who kidnapped me and doesn't want to let me go,” she shouted.
“Please listen to me. I love you!” he tried to reassure her.
“You what! No, you're lying! You don't even know me. Go find another girl and forget about me forever!” she screamed.
“Alena, I don't lie. Listen to me, I love you very much, and you can trust me,” he assured her.
But Alena just continued to yell and shout and scream at him.
“I told you I'm sorry! I'm not lying! I love you! And I'm so sorry that we had to meet like this.” he explained.
“Don't touch me ever again!” she screamed.
“Alena, please. Just give me some time. I promise you I will make it right. I love you so much, Alena. Please believe me.” he pleaded.
“NO! I want to be free of you and your crazy ways!” she yelled. “Just leave me alone!”
But suddenly, she feels nauseous and painful in her stomach.
“Alena, are you okay?” James asks.
“Go away, you monster!” she screamed at him.
James didn't say anything anymore, but he left the room, feeling hurt and brokenhearted.
When Alena woke up after a few hours, she found herself covered in sweat, still breathing hard.
She tries to move, but she couldn't.
So, she tried again, and she managed to turn on her back.
Her face contorted and she began to throw up.
James heard her scream and ran into the bedroom.
When he entered, he finds her throwing up and looking like a weak wolf.
“Hey, hey, calm down. Everything will be fine.” he tried to comfort her.
“No, it won't! I can't do this anymore! It hurts!” she cried, tears streaming down her cheeks.
James sat next to her and tried to help her.
Alena looked at him and tears rolled down her cheek.
James kept touching her stomach and forehead, he feels something intense has been going on in her body.
“I think you're pregnant, my baby.” he looks shocked.
“What? Why did you do that to me?” she can't stop crying?
“Because I love you so much, and you will be my Queen.” he is holding her hand.
As soon, Alena lets go of her hands from him, really feels so angry and shocked at his words.
“I don't want to be yours or anyone's Queen!” she shouts.
James stands up.
“Why?” he asks her.
“Because you force me until I pregnant with your baby, and now you're telling me you love me? No way! Get lost from my sight you monster!” she screams at him.
James looks down and his whole body trembled.
Alena cries loudly and covers her face.
When she didn't hear any movement, she opens her eyes, and she sees a black-haired male walking towards her.
He stands in front of her, he is tall, and he is muscular, and he has dark hair and blue eyes.
He holds her arms, and she looks at him, she gasps.
“James? But how are you?”
She tries to break away from his grasp, but he tightens his grip around her wrists.
“I'm sorry I did it. Please forgive me, Alena. I want to spend life with you and our child and I will love you, regardless of what happens.” he said and his voice broke.
“But I know we haven't had sex yet.”
“I know that's why I did it. Please forgive me and let's live happily together as we promised.” he smiled at her.
“We can't be together, James. I don't want to be your wife, and you're a monster.” she shouted at him.
He sighs and starts crying, and then he hugs her, and he holds her tight.
“I'm so sorry, Alena. I love you, but I can't help myself, I do it for you when you fall asleep, you make me feel so passionately and your scent is irresistible.”
“You do that to me. Why are you apologizing?” she asked in shock and confusion.
“I love you, Alena, and I will do everything to protect you and our child. Don't worry, we will figure out a way and I know that we will be happy.”
