After Kira and Mira left, there was a tense silence in the dining hall.
Asher was the recipient of three sets of dirty looks. One from Luna Odessa, one from Raymond, and the other, surprisingly, from my Dad.
Dad spoke first. "Aren't you supposed to be with her?" ...
