Raya didn't leave her room, and of course, no one noticed. It had already passed midnight and like any other blood moon, it did not affect her.
She needed a hot bath and of course, to get out of this suffocating dress. She heard steps approach the door. Oh not again.
All she had on was her bra and funny-looking white undergarment. The door flew wide open exposing the person on the other side and her half-naked self.
Arian held the woman's gaze for no longer than three seconds before he walked up to her. He felt the heat pulling him like a magnet.
What was that feeling all of a sudden? Her inner thigh started burning up. The feeling was strange but in a good way.
Arian drew closer to his fated mate staring deep into her eyes. His musky breath on her face showed how drunk he was.
Of course, no wonder he was one inch away from her looking like a hungry lion. However, what was her excuse for her rigid nipples and her soaked underwear?
And without warning, he pulled her into a deep hug. Only then was the fire that was burning inside both of them tamed. The smell is evident in the air.
She was in heat. And she needed her mate inside her.
“I want you.”
The words left his lips like a beautiful love song.
“Take me. Take me now!” Raya said losing control of her body.
A wicked smile crept on his lips.
He turned her around, her behind resting on his hard bulge. Raya liked the feeling. He trailed his fingers from her ears down to her neck as if he was following a map.
Slowly, both his hands rested on her breasts trailing her nipples in circles. She let out a tiny moan. Who knew she could have a wedding night two days after?
“Take off your clothes my sweet angel.”
He didn't need to say it twice. He undressed herself and he did the same. Then he lifted her off her feet and carried her to the bed.
As he placed her gently, their lips collided. Now buried inside of her, he kissed her passionately, stroking and caressing her body.
“You're my angel Lana.”
Raya's eyes widened, as she stared at Arian who was on cloud 9.
She moaned trying to get his attention but instead, he trailed his way down to her lower lips. Kissing his way to the entrance.
“I love you so much, Lana.”
And that was the confirmation she needed. Here she was sleeping with a drunk alpha prince who thought that she was her sister.
And while Arian was under the sheet, trying so hard to please her, Raya was staring at the ceiling wishing the night would come to an end.

“I have been looking all over for you Edward. Please, I need your assistance with the bouquets.”
Beta Edward rushed to the dinner table that was being set up for the royal meeting.
“Luna Laura specifically told me to match the flowers and the curtains. And as you can see, I have a huge problem,” Raya said.
For the past three weeks, the Queen had been tasking her non-stop. Here she was decorating for the royal meeting.
“I will go talk to the florist. How about you go get dressed and leave the rest to me,” Edward offered.
“Are you sure?”
“Yes, Luna Raya.”
The guests were going to be here any moment from now and Raya was already behind time. She rushed quickly to her room.
She decided to stop by the Queen's room and inform her before getting ready. She knocked but there was no reply.
What if she was asleep? Raya wondered. She opened the door while scanning the room with her eyes.
The room was large and empty. Maybe she was in the royal bedroom. She turned around but something caught her eye in the room. She knew that plant anywhere.
She took a few steps closer to satisfy her suspicion. Wolf's bane. Why did Luna Laura have this in her room? Beside the plant, she saw a beautiful emerald ring. Raya lifted her hand towards it.
“Are you looking for something?”
“Oh my goodness,” Raya's heart skipped a bit.
“Gamma Emma, you scared me.”
Raya turned, face to face with her.
“I wanted to tell the Queen that I had completed the arrangements.”
“Not to worry at all, I will relay the message to her,” Emma said.
“Alright then,” Raya replied before storming out of the room. Something strange was happening and she was going to get to the bottom of it.
If there was anyone she trusted it was Arian. She changed into her princess dress and without even applying any makeup she rushed out.
Unlike most girls, Raya didn't care how she looked. Her hair draped over her rosy cheeks and oval face.
She rushed out searching for Arian. She wanted to talk to him about what she saw before the meeting.
She searched everywhere within the palace but he was not there. Guests had started arriving. At the entrance of the hall, she came face to face with farmer Gerard, her father.
Raya almost forgot he always attended royal meetings, seeing he was a successful farmer and strong warrior.
She hadn't seen him that night and never one day missed him.
“Raya.”
“Father.”
He eyeballed her from head to toe. His thoughts were evident on his face, but she couldn't care less.
“Couldn't you dress properly?”
She couldn't care less what he had to say.
“Arian, I need to talk to you,” she said as she gripped his upper arm as he walked past them.
“It's urgent. Remember what we…”
All of a sudden Raya felt dizzy, unable to finish her sentence.
“Are you okay?” both Arian and Gerard asked.
“I'm fine,” Raya replied.
“Raya my dear, leave the men to catch up. Come, you must sit next to me,” Luna Laura said as she entered the hall.
Raya couldn't rebel so she obeyed.
As they sat, Luna Laura pulled out a tiny box from her diamond purse.
“My dear, I have a gift for you.”
Raya's eyes widened in shock.
