“ Rachel meet Theodora and Dora meet Rachel. As from today, she will be your new teacher for the wolf training. “
Theodora was staring at Rachel, while Rachel on the other hand returned it with a smile.
“ Nice to meet you, Dora.”
Theodora didn’t reply, rather she moved her gaze to Mrs Greene. “ Why do I need a teacher?” She asked.
“ Because the sooner we do, the better for you and everyone of us“.
“ I don’t think I am ready to wake the animal in me. I feel safer being this way. “ She insisted.
“ I know, and we aren’t forcing you to do whatever you don’t wanna do. Maybe we can leave it for some other time when you are ready“.
Looks at Rachel. “ Return to your duty. “ Rachel bowed her head before exiting.
“ I’m sorry if I sounded rude but, I just wanna get myself together before I think of anything else. The trauma of what happened is still in me, I need to work on it first. “ She explained.
“ No, you don’t have to explain yourself. I do understand what you are going through and I won’t question that. Just walk around, think of something else other than the incident.

Theodora walked around the wide field with her hands folded at her back. She was watching as the others played, and some who were sitting on the carpet grass.
She felt the home she couldn’t feel back there at Manova. But who said there is a place like home?
There’s definitely no place like home, and Theodora knows that too.
There was a little lake after the field, that was exactly where she was going to. To be alone and have the incident thought through.
She started crying. She was crying silently, then loudly. “ You all promised we’d be together, you said you’d be there for me. But I can’t be with neither of you again, you all broke your promise.
I know, I know it isn’t your fault but at least…You can’t just leave me all alone in this hell of a place called earth. I didn’t even get the chance to say goodbye“.
She wipes her eyes with the back of her palm but that didn’t stop the tears from rolling out the more. “ I just hope that wherever you all are, you’re happy. Yes, you’re happy. “ She sniffed hard.
“ I’ve found a new home, they seem to be good people. They really do wanna teach me what I am. Maybe you were right, mother, I am not a witch, but I guess I’m something bigger than that. I’ll find out what I am, I promise. I promise. “ She sniffed again, drying her eyes.
She picked about five stones, throwing them into the water. After she had threw the fifth stone, she said. “ Good bye, mom. Good bye, dad, Goodbye Camille”
She stands up to leave when the same voice which keeps ringing in her ears like an alarm called again. “ Theodora.
She turned her back to see if there was anyone with her, someone she hadn’t seen all those while she sat by the lake.
“ Theodora.” Now she knows there was no one with her but herself. That same voice.
“ What do you want from me?” She asked, eyes staring around the area. “ Why do you keep calling my name? How did you even know my name? “
“ Theodora...
“ Shut the fu*k up, okay and answer the damn question!” She yelled. “ Who are you?
“ Theodora.”
“ Go to hell. You know what, fu*k off.” She ignored the voice as it kept calling her.
During the afternoon, it was the period for lunch. Theodora sat alone and she didn’t mind being alone.
Mrs Greene was walking around the cafeteria for the afternoon supervision to know if someone was missing.
She saw Theodora sitting alone, the girl just loves being isolated and she didn’t blame her. She’s just new to the house, and everything still looks so strange to her.
Victoria sat opposite her, folding her arms on the table. “ Do you think you can cope being alone? “ She asked.
“ As far as it makes me happy, then yes, I can. “
Mrs Greene nodded her head. “ How was the lake? “
“ Quite impressing.” She said, dropping another spoon of her white rice into her mouth. “ And really helpful too. I guess I’m kinda… free from the thoughts. I believe they are happy and they want me to feel the same too. “
Mrs Greene smiled. “ I’m happy you’ve learned. “
“ I’ll love to know what I am, but that will be tomorrow. Tell Rachel that I am sorry for acting rude to her. “
“ I already told you, your actions wasn’t your fault. And I don’t see that as a rude attitude either, I saw it as a decision. But since you said so, I’ll talk to her. Then tomorrow, we’ll see what we can do about your training. “

The evening has come, the cloud looked dull and calm. The air seized and the atmosphere burned like hell under the moon.
Unlike the other times when they’d all move into their beds to sleep, but this night was different. They all sat outside the building, waiting for the real night breeze to come.
“ Look at how we all sat outside here like savages without hope, someone should chill us up. If you’ve got anything to say or act, bring it on. “ A girl said and the rest of them muttered in agreement.
Theodora was quiet but she was watching as they did some little entertainment amongst themselves.
She was really impressed at their talents, they all were. Some would make drum beats with their mouths, others would make tumble moves and stunts.
Some sang while the others would dance. And there was only one thing missing in the show… A story to tell.
The show was over, everyone looks excited at the events. Some were having discussion with their neighbors, until someone brought up the idea..
“ Don’t you guys think we are forgetting something?” He asked

“ Now that we have all entertainment ourselves, we need something to keep the night going. “
“ Just hit the point and stop keeping us in suspense. “ Said another.

A lot of them admitted they weren’t good at stories, so they held their peace.
Theodora stood up, and every eyes darted to her direction. “ I have one.” She walked to the centre of the crowd, sitting on the ground with her both legs folded together.
They were all surprised to see her talk. Some had believed that she was dump, but she just proved them wrong. She is as good as fine itself.
“ I have a story for us. And who is ready to listen to my story?”
Even though her gaze didn’t reach everyone, but she knew the number of people she had exchanged glance with were desperately ready to hear what she’s got to say.
“ Long time ago…” She started, “ during the time of old, there lived a family known as the Watterson’s. They were the richest and most recognized family all over the world.

“ How long does history say we have before the beast breaks free?” She asked.
“ That is still unknown to everyone. It is said that the flower which tells it the time, fades after every three months. We don’t know how big this flower was when she first cursed him, and we definitely don’t know how little it has become now. But we just have to be ready, the faster the day goes the closer it becomes for him to be freed. “
